Cookies

The WBB Chat plugin makes use of a single browser cookie. This cookie, is called wbb-user-api and is used to authenticate the user and retrieve their session for situations where they close the browser, or refresh the page. No sensitive information is stored within this cookie, it is only used to hold a unique session ID. The cookie is valid for 1 week and after that will expire automatically within the browser.
